Usually any app makes several connections, but while debugging I only care about call to our APIs, but not 3rd party ones.
Describe the solution you'd like
Currently we can select which hosts to be included in the filters, but they don't get saved, on next open I need to deselect all hosts, then select our app API host again.

There are none unfortunately.
