document in readme what datasets this gets

What datasets does this package retrieve? Or does it retrieve any dataset, but only collates certain datasets? I'm curious which datasets this package can collate from amongst these datasets that our team initially identified.

Yvette wants core pom (ble.11), circulation (ble.7), salinity, temperature and velocity north and east
Alina wants water column nutrients with POM and with sediment data
Tasha wants nutrients/POM/YSI
Jim wants salinity, nitrate, ammonium, and TDN by site and date.

It would be helpful if the readme explained what datasets this package handles.

Hey Tim, documentation is definitely on the roadmap! I'm planning to, as a group, do a big documentation and package-polishing push at some point later in the summer. And thank you for the reminders of what people want. Right now the scopes of download and collation are in flux. I think we're shaping up to retrieve any dataset, and, in a separate process, collate only certain ones. Users can pick the IDs they want for the collation, but only within a pre-defined set: 2: DOC-TDN 3: YSI 4: d18O 11: POM 12: Sediment pigments 13: Water chlorophyll 14: Sediment and water nutrients 18: Sediment stable isotopes 15: CDOM numbers are dataset IDs

I think you and I also decided it's outside of our current scope to collate the moorings data that Yvette wants, or am I misremembering?

I remember no things, which is why I like to document them! It sounds like we're covering everyone except Yvette. I think that makes sense since the moorings are at a much higher temporal resolution. We can collate the rest, and she can decide how she wants to handle moorings.
