Issue
When setting up a camera, there is a "FPS" section. entering a value in it doesn't appear to do anything.
Description
Not a high priority, but we tested this setting. Video was being streamed at 15fps (verified using VLC). The setting in OSCAR was set to 24fps. actual video was being saved at 4fps. We found this out while troubleshooting grainy video issue. Can confirm it isn't the source or MediaMTX. Functionality is the same with a physical camera.
Steps to Reproduce
Open a video stream with VLC. verify the fps.
configure that as a source for your video and change the fps to (whatever).
create/generate an alarm.
Playback the file created by OSCAR as part of the alarm
view the file properties. It will be the saved at 4fps.
we've seen the video be grainy and in some cases unusable.
Expected Behavior
i'd expect the button to have some functionality or be removed.
Actual Behavior
button appears to not do anything.
