When I power the PocketPD with a charger that has a 12V PDO, and the load is a Thunderbolt 3 to PCIe device I bought before, the PocketPD interface freezes after turning it on. At this time, measuring the output with a multimeter shows 12V, but any subsequent operation does not respond unless I unplug the charger, as shown in the picture below..
When I later replaced the load with a 20Ω cement resistor, this problem no longer occurred, as shown in the picture below..
