5. The folder path: does the extracted ComfyUI_windows_portable path contain Japanese characters or spaces? Non-ASCII paths break some Python and custom-node imports on Windows.

One quick check while you gather that: open a terminal in the ComfyUI_windows_portable folder and run

If that throws an error, the problem is in the embedded Python/CUDA environment rather than in the launcher.
