What:
Add the standardized PRF AES-CMAC-PRF-128 as an AES-related registry variant.
Why:
RFC 4615 defines AES-CMAC-PRF-128 and it is referenced in real deployments. Having it in the registry helps consistent algorithm normalization and reporting across CBOM/SBOM pipelines.
