Missing Links to Supabase Cloud Integration & DBM

Issue Description

1. [dbm] Add supabase documentation to postgres monitoring types #32348 added Supabase DBM page https://docs.datadoghq.com/database_monitoring/setup_postgres/supabase and link in left nav menu, but did not include icon and link in main content page https://github.com/DataDog/documentation/blob/master/layouts/partials/dbm/dbm-setup-postgres.html
2. [DBM][Postgres] Heroku Documentation Updated #31562 added Heroku DBM page with icon and link, but did not update table of Postgres versions supported.
3. [SIMI-271] Supabase Cloud: no-assets, define label integrations-core#21811 added Supabase Cloud Integration, but DBM is not mentioned or linked in its documentation. Having a link back from Postgres Setup documentation to Supabase Integrations would be helpful context.
4. Feb 26 blog post mentions Supabase Integration, but not Supabase Cloud Integration. https://www.datadoghq.com/blog/database-platform-integrations/#serverless-database-workflows-with-supabase

Suggested Changes

1. Update https://github.com/DataDog/documentation/blob/master/layouts/partials/dbm/dbm-setup-postgres.html to include Supabase icon and link to dedicated dbm setup page. Integration icon is available at https://static.datadoghq.com/static/images/logos/supabase-cloud_large.svg
2. Update https://github.com/DataDog/documentation/blob/master/content/en/database_monitoring/setup_postgres/_index.md to include Postgres versions supported for Heroku
3. Update https://github.com/DataDog/documentation/blob/master/content/en/database_monitoring/setup_postgres/supabase.md to add Further Reading links back to Supabase Integration and Supabase Cloud Integration
4. Update blog post / Release Notes with mention of Supabase Cloud Integration
