Get Usage?

Am I mistaken or is the Usage part of the REST API missing?

It is more than likely that there are missing features/differences with the Zuora REST api, because I haven't worked with this lib for a long time now and there have probably been updates from Zuora on their side.

Feel free to create a fork and pull request.
I might update this lib myself when I find the time, but it is unlikely to happen soon.

Can you add an option value: "useValidation" and do not call the validation before you send the request only if this value is true? I see that the Zuora has changed the required fields and your validation rules are valids to the old requirements.

Create function change validation line to:
var err = this.useValidation ? this.validate('accountCreate', data) : null;

and this in every places where the validation is used.
