files: Add southbridge compatibility per distro, and incl. Mesa version
Mention the Mesa version for each listed distribution when it was accessible, and include PS4 southbridge compatiblity instead of distro base. Resize the Linux distros table, and edit JaguarLinux description to fit size. Signed-off-by: feeRnt <81442162+feeRnt@users.noreply.github.com>
