   • Section 2.4.1 Good enough practices should develop what "good enough" practices are and why they are dynamic and depend on the software tier to be actually sustainable. The provided list could be matrixed into a tiered checklist.
   • Add Environment & Dependency Management to the list of good practice.
   • Add Archival and Citation to the list of practice
   • Split Governance into lightweight community governance (or Community management) and Institutional governance (compliance, legalities, funding)

   Section 2.4.2

   • add gitlab CI/CD
   • Add: CITATION.cff, CodeMeta, and Software Heritage (SWH)

   I'll submit a PR to improve the text
