• I am using a version of WorldEdit compatible with my Minecraft version.
• I am using a version of WorldGuard compatible with my Minecraft version.

• I am NOT using a hybrid server, e.g. a server that combines Bukkit and Forge. Examples include Arclight, Mohist, and Cardboard.
• I am NOT using a fork of WorldEdit, such as FastAsyncWorldEdit (FAWE) or AsyncWorldEdit (AWE)

Bug Description

Disabling enderpearl or chorus fruit mechanics inside the region doesn't work, maybe there are more broken flags, i'm not sure, this 2 is important to me

Expected Behavior

Proper way to disable enderpearls and chorus fruits inside the regions

Reproduction Steps

1. Make a region
2. Set flags enderpearl and chorus-fruit-teleport to Deny
3. Test mechanics

Try using Folia itself, we've had a large number of reports of various Folia forks either hiding the fact that they're folia and therefore disabling compatibility modes, or doing fairly unsafe things and breaking parts of the API.

I do not have time to re-test this right now, but these flags all functioned for me on Folia when they were last tested.

Are you getting a message saying it's blocked when using EnderPearls? if so, this sounds like a Folia bug (as the message shows only when WG blocks the event)
