Action Performed:

Precondition:

1. Workspace owner/admin has set USD bank account (Regions bank) in Workflows page

2. Submitter has no deposit account setup at all

3. Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com

4. Log in as submitter >> Submit expense in workspace chat

5. Log in as workspace owner & approve the expense

6. Log in as submitter & open the expense details

7. Observe the message in header displayed as "Waiting for [submitter] to add a USD bank account."

Expected Result:

For a submitter with no deposit account at all, a generic message "Waiting for [submitter] to add a bank account." should be shown. Currency name (USD) should not be displayed in the message

Actual Result:

"Waiting for [submitter] to add a USD bank account' message displayed for submitter with no deposit account at all in wallet. Currency name USD is mentioned in the header message for submitter
