Analysis of ZEN2012 files

Dear Paul,

On our LSM780 setup, we cannot obtain a .dat file.

The files we get (.lsm) contain the number of photons per pixel.
The setting used in a regular experiment (as the ones used for the files I sent you) are:
Line_Size 512 x 1 pixel
Pixel_Size 20.80 nm
Pixel_Dwell_Time 0.64 usec
Line_Time 0.76 msec
Lines 100000 X
Is there a way we could import our data into the program?

Hey Alena,

Yes, I believe this should be possible. You sent me .lsm and .tif files. Do they belong together or do they contain redundant information?

Because the data is already binned, some information is lost. However, I believe the resolution you set is high enough (at least for what we did in the past).
