Add debian trixie image for Firebird 3

It would be, at least for me, helpful to also have the firebird 3 trixie images.

It’s the same issue with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS (Noble Numbat).

Firebird 3 was built against older libraries that are no longer included in these newer distributions.

I’m not exactly sure how to fix it, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm not an expert on this, but I guess either the Firebird 3.0 build needs to be "modernized" in this respect, or you need to compile it yourself.
