Reorder lists by hold-and-drag

Feature description

Ability to reorder entire lists in the Lists tab.

Why do you want this feature?

Maybe I’m missing something, but there doesn’t seem to be an ability to reorder lists

Do you mean the items of a checklist note?
If so, long pressing on an item brings up the UI for managing items. You can then using the handles on the right of the items, or the select items and using the toolbar buttons to move to the top/bottom.

Edit: Also, this appears to be a duplicate of #400?

Sorry, I probably should had described it better.
The notes lists itself, not it's items.
