Delta Patching Feature

Only the changed parts of the relevant repo should be changeable without Git. This way, fewer downloads will be required.

This would actually be a massive technical change: you'd have to add some kind of ability to "diff" between whatever the user has installed and the remote, at which point you've basically implemented git. I'm closing this as "not going to implement" in this Addon Manager.

(That said, this is sort of a delta patching feature, in that if you have git installed the Addon Manager will try to use it for the huge addons in the Index: #467)
