A modern ribbon UI add on for FreeCAD. This ribbon has a workbench selector and toolbar groups displayed in a ribbon format with option to add or remove groups as you like. 

It has been tested with FreeCAD light and dark themes as well as the Open Light and Dark themes.

Your package.xml file has the following comment in it:

      InitGui-only Mod (not a Workbench class). FreeCAD still needs a
      workbench content item so InitGui.py is executed at GUI startup —

This is not true. All content type execute those initialization files: use the "other" content type for this addon. That said, new Addons should use the namespaced layout described here: https://freecad.github.io/Addon-Academy/Topics/Structuring/
