Verify: The captures hang when an error happens. #936
Description
When submitting some invalid filters in the Verify, the page hangs on a spinner:
Submitting an invalid Grower Account Id results in an error 422:
Submitting an invalid Capture Reference ID results in an error 500:

For info, there's an open issue to properly handle all errors from the APIs in the frontend: #473

Hi, I’d like to work on this issue. I found that loadCaptureImages does not reset isLoading when getCaptureImages throws, so I plan to wrap it in try/catch/finally and clear the spinner on API errors. Can you assign this to me?
Even though new filters have been added, the original issue still exists. When I enter an invalid number such as alphanumeric characters in Capture ID and Grower ID, I get 500 server error from the backend, and the spinner is stuck.
