[Bug] [5.0.0-beta3] Video did not minimise to pop-up player on going home when the Minimize on App Switch is on "minimize to pop-up player"

Describe the bug

This is a followup to issue #1602

It is still happening. Attached a screen recording.

Additional bug, when using the 3 dot menu to activate pop-up player, pop-up player appears but only video thumbnail shows with a large play icon.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. turn on Minimize on App Switch to "minimize to pop-up player"
2. Play any video
3. do anything to go out of pipepipe such as swiping home, or open recents
4. pop-up player does not show up
5. alternatively, use 3 dot menu to activate pop-up player, but only thumbnail is showing.
