feature: LadybugDB doesn't support a network proxy for downloading extensions

What happened?

Get error when I'm trying to install an extension.
I can download the extensions file via wget or browser though.
Note: wget prepends the url with "http://"

Are there known steps to reproduce?

Error: IO exception: Failed to download extension: fts at URL extension.ladybugdb.com/v0.15.0/linux_amd64/fts/libfts.lbug_extension (ERROR: Failed to read connection)

This issue exists for any extension, 'fts' is just for example

works fine for me on my debian 13. Could be security issue on your side

Yes, it IS caused by some treaks on my network configuration, and ladybug IS THE ONLY software which cannot cope with that.
So it is issue in ladybug: it cannot handle this nuance, and provides no methods to work with that (like a proxy settings).
Please note my comment on 'wget' - it works fine, but ladybug - not.

Frankly, I'm a litte insulted by the "f* off" approach, this is 100% unprofessional. @aheev

httplib, the underlying library supports proxy config, but ladybug doesn't expose it to end users. One way to fix this is via documented env variables.

Please test and reopen the issue if you still have problems once 0.17.x is out (or tonight's nightly build)
