Add COMPOSE_PROJECT_NAME to .env #2

Hii! Thanks for this great work. I wonder if COMPOSE_PROJECT_NAME could be added to .env, possibly via envOverrides. I have a make file with a bunch of docker commands and those need to know which docker project to use. Or am I missing an existing solution to this problem?
