[Doc]: Windows documentation is gone

The NVIDIA NGC site here: https://catalog.ngc.nvidia.com/orgs/nvidia/collections/llms_optimized_for_rtx_pcs
has a link "Get started with TensorRT-LLM on Windows now here"

The page doesn't exist and there is not a single current reference to Windows (or WSL) on the main page of the repository. This makes for a confusing and subpar developer experience for Windows developers interested in exploring this space. Please update relevant pages to clearly state your platform support.

v0.17.0	2025-02-07	Last version with Windows/WSL support (RTX 50 series WSL added)
v0.18.0	2025-04-02	[BREAKING CHANGE] Windows platform support is deprecated
v0.19.0	2025-05-09	No Windows mention — fully removed
