Safari UI: help icon doesn't work

When I access the workflows screen within Safari or Edge (on macOS), none of the helper tooltips appear. Expect some message or flyout when clicking on question marks when trying to understand the fields on the forms

Some of the current tooltips are still incomplete or missing some content. We’re actively working on improving and expanding the helper descriptions across the workflows UI.
