Am I the only person who's come up against this issue of it not running
And getting tenacity errors which apparently means I need to pay OpenAI money?
Which nobody says anywhere not in any tutorial not in any description not in any installation
instructions nothing tells me that I'm having an issue because I didn't pay the extortion fee.

What is the best local AI that I can download for free and use with chat dev where do I source it from
And how come no one is up front and tells you that this is going to cost you money in the end?
