Make the Default Model A Dropdown Option

It's a bit hard to set the default model, having a dropdown in the settings for the default model where the user can choose from the models they have avaliable would be more user friendly

Implemented in the upcoming release:

The default model picker in Settings → General has been replaced with a full dropdown (same style as the chat window model picker) — shows all configured providers and their models grouped by provider, with search. Selecting a model also sets the default provider automatically.

The per-provider default model field (Settings → Providers → edit) is now a native select dropdown populated from that provider's fetched model list.
