Firmware update of silabs fails on 3.0 beta 7

I am trying to update several Solum devices from 2.0 to 2.2 via the firmware update function.
It fails with:
Error while executing automation automation.od_temperature_update: Errors occurred for one or more devices: 1443af1837817fd5b194a3b1dd02988b: Failed to upload to the display: No response received within 10.0s

This worked with 3.0 beta 5. The normal content update also works without a problem.

Can you share the full log? I am unable to reproduce.
