+- We have unit 25 now!
+- The building management company has committed to fixing a few issues with the unit but we don't have exact dates for that yet.
+- Folks have been working on a tentative floorplan.

+- The new unit needs a lot of work and we need your help!
+  - Cleanup day TBD but soon.

+# General News
+- HackerDojo is potentially losing their facility in October.
+- They have a fundraiser for a new location and have reached out to possibly use our facility to host classes in the meantime.

+# Tech
+- The .furry project is well underway.
+  - Our application has been submitted.
+  - We have paid ICANN and received a receipt.
+  - We are working with our RSP partner to finalize payment and contracts.
+- Networking:
+  - We may have the opportunity to switch to AT&T Business Fiber at a reasonable price over our current Comcast connection.
+    - We have received a SoW and are waiting for building management to provide final approval.
+    - Timeframe is likely still months even with approval.
+- We have been onboarded onto [MobileCitizen](https://mobilecitizen.org/), which provides discounted 4/5G SIM plans and devices for Non-profits.
+  - The board has voted to purchase 2 SIMs for backup connectivity at the space and data at shows.
+  - Also potentially looking to offer SIMs as a membership addon.

+- Tuesday open houses are still happening.

+  - Tool sign-offs too!
+- The Infra-Interest Group meets every other Thursday.
+  - The next meeting isn't for a while due to DEF CON - August 20th.
+- Time for FC build nights?
+  - Do we want to do a build for the theming department again or focus on a charity table display?
+- Cupertino's annual Rotary festival is September 12th.
+  - We could have a table for $75 but everyone on the board is low on bandwidth.

+- We're working on revamping how we handle motions to make them not take forever.
+- The board held 2 votes yesterday:
+  - Allocate $350/year to 2 MobileCitizen SIMs for the space. Passed unanimously.
+  - Reimburse Never $296 for the new router, short-circuiting the broken motion process. Passed unanimously.
