Occasional "hostname couldn't be resolved" and "INTERNET_CONNECTIVITY_ERROR" when calling CreateAndJoinNetwork
I am encountering an occasional issue where calling PlayFabMultiplayerManager.Get().CreateAndJoinNetwork() fails with "hostname couldn't be resolved" followed by a connectivity error. This occurs seemingly at random.
Restarting the application or retrying the operation usually resolves the issue.
Any help regarding solving or debugging this issue would be much appreciated.

Observed Behavior
When attempting to initialize a network, the PlayFabMultiplayerManager logs a failure indicating that the transport hostname could not be resolved. This is immediately followed by a PARTY_STATE_CHANGE_RESULT_INTERNET_CONNECTIVITY_ERROR.
