In contributing.md (the top-level Pythia contributing guide), anaconda and miniconda are mentioned as the two options for environment management. With our updated Conda tutorial in ProjectPythia/pythia-foundations#630, recommending miniforge over anaconda, we should reflect those changes here. Following #104, this could mean simply removing the environment section and linking our updated Conda tutorial.
