Individual play and pause action

The play/pause action is useful when you using the default configuration but it's hard to use in specific situation.

• For example, I'd like to be able to use my own states and thus I want to send a play or pause request, not toggle.
• Another example is when I go to the break scene, I want to automatically pause the spotify music. If I use the play/pause toggle, it might start the music if it's already paused.

I think that providing the separate actions as an alternative would be nice.

Thank you for your input. I will definitely implement that in the next version. But it will take some days/weeks before I can continue working on this plugin.

Hey @MrEliptik. Just for your Information. I implemented the separated play and pause actions into the plugin. I think I will release the new version this weekend but feel free to test the development version before the release.
