Runestone Issue: In Assignment Builder, "Which to grade" column not needed in choose readings page

In the Assignment Builder choose Readings page, I don't think the "Which to grade" (First, Last, Best) column is needed. In readings, the activities are graded for interaction and first, best, last are only if they were graded for correctness.
