DS-037: Restyle Earn tables and cards with shared primitives

Migrate Earn surfaces, headings, rewards, opportunity lists, and distributions
to the new tokens and shared components.

Acceptance criteria

• Feature-local one-off text sizes are reduced.
• Rewards and financial values use semantic numeric roles.
• Loading, empty, and error treatments use shared primitives.
• Existing Earn behavior and tests remain intact.
