Editor V2: Delete button should be consistently placed last across all action rows

Summary

Ensure the Delete button is consistently placed as the last button in every action row across editor V2.

Rationale

From the Apr 21 CSOM sync: Delete is styled differently from other actions (destructive) and should occupy a predictable position everywhere in the UI. Today it's not consistently placed, which reduces muscle memory and increases misclick risk.

Acceptance

• Audit every node type / panel in editor V2 and move Delete to the end of its button row.
• Delete retains its destructive styling.
• Applies to all node types (input, output, task, flex, component, etc.).
