Add Time Range for TTD Code Coverage Analysis #966

What is the feature you'd like to have?
the ability to limit the ttd query for code coverage analysis to a set timespan between ttd positions.
Is your feature request related to a problem?
Queries too broad sometimes. making it difficult to track different calls to the same method and compare.

I am working on the PR for this, this issue is for feature tracking purposes.
