Bug Description

When trying to join a Bedrock Edition Realm using ViaFabricPlus on Minecraft 1.21.11, the connection fails with a DecoderException.
The error points to net.raphimc.viabedrock.protocol.packet.ResourcePackPackets.
It seems like a packet handling issue specifically related to Bedrock resource packs.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch Minecraft 1.21.11 with ViaFabricPlus installed.
  2. Open the Multiplayer menu and select "ViaFabricPlus" (Bedrock/Realms).
  3. Attempt to connect to a Bedrock Realm.
  4. The screen shows the Internal Exception error instead of joining the world.

Expected Behavior

The game should be able to process the resource pack packets and join the Bedrock Realm successfully without crashing or disconnecting.
