I came across your project by searching for any "Find and Replace Dialog" for Qt, and started using it.
I don't mean to be rude, but there are several absolutely functionalities which are simply not working or working incorrectly, such that it is not right to use as-is. I note that that you last altered this 5 or 6 years ago. Are you still around, are you interested in this any longer?
