[Feat]: Move the support of extended agent card to the capabilities #586

With a2aproject/A2A#1307 merged, the agent card expresses that it supports the extended agent card through its capabilities.
The supportsExtendedAgentCard field has been removed
Describe the solution you'd like
The AgentCard and its builder must be updated (with the latest a2a.proto that reflect this change)
