[HELP] How to support sleep in microsecond?

Description

Currently, I configured my Nuttx with 1000Hz as scheduler tick.
The SOC has a clock running at 10MHz, so I am wondering how to support sleep in micro-second in this SOC: shall I enable HRTimer in Nuttx, shall I provide lower-level HRTimer driver support?

Hi @wangtao13 there is a basic Documentation about this subject here:

If you need really precise delays, maybe you can use a free runner timer and count the ticks waiting exactly for the value you want.

I think this approach is simpler than doing the HRTimer/tickless-mode rabbit hole.
