Don't touch my INPUT.json file when executing apify run command

Everytime i run apify run command, it changes INPUT.json file and its so annoying and sometimes even if i paste new contents to it, it reverts back to old content because of this auto modifications. It is so annoying.

Why do you want to touch INPUT file anyways. I don't want prettify INPUT json feature

@prakashgp Valid point! Just for context — the CLI was doing this intentionally to inject missing default values from your input schema before the actor runs, and it restores the original after. But you're right that the restore mechanism isn't bulletproof, and the file shouldn't be touched at all. I will check what are possible options. Stay tuned.
