There should be a way to override the project or config used.

If I need to interact with two different projects (dev vs prod), I currently have to update the project ID in appwrite.config.json which can be error-prone. Some solution that makes it easier to override some values for a particular push would be helpful

@stnguyen90 perhaps we can make it easier to maintain multiple appwrite configs? instead of it always looking for appwrite.config.json it will look at a specific folder you specify and let you cycle between them?
