[Bug]:Bottles keeps creating Steam Shortcut instead of just create once

Describe the bug

After click add to steam button., bottles keeps creating shortcut of application in steam when boot, regardless if the application is uninstalled or be deleted from application list. It keeps happening even after delete the bottle(the prefix) or uninstall bottles from device and delete all userdata.

To Reproduce

1.click add to steam button in bottles.
2.delete the shortcut in steam
3.reboot
4.the shortcut appears again

Why is this function needs to monitoring steam? Even change launch option to use traditional launch instead of xdg will lead to another create. Considering there is no check about if the application exist, it is ridiculous.
