Event Export/Import

Be able to export/import events from the CLI. Storage format is a json file.

Each event should have a sequence number. Export should support start/finish params. Import should support finish parameter.

Use Cases:

• replication - to run a backup copy of the bugmark exchange on another host or datacenter
• analytics - to rerun a simulation, exercise or live trading for analytics or ML
• simulations - to take an exchange snapshot then run scenarios with variable params
