Add an new active member to the clog-tool organization #20

I am not sure where to write this.
I love clog, and I'm sad to see this project is inactive. Many issues are left without answers, and some of the pull requests are pending since August 2017.
I would like to see the project evolve again, so maybe it would be a good idea to add a new collaborator of the repositories, or a member of the clog-tool organization.
However, I don't know who to choose for maintaining the project. I myself have never been a maintainer.
I don't know who to notify, so I mention the owner of the organization @Nevraeka and the top contributor @kbknapp.
