API Docs do not get generated for Logstash

EY discovered that the API Docs do not get generated when creating a Logstash service. This can be seen on the demo server for the logstash service named "logstashey".

It is worth noting that the demo server is using the dev-release but an instance I have locally pointing to just the standard release, logstash has the API Docs generated properly.
