Axios migration codemod

Hello there!

Do we only rely on the e18e codemod for the migrations?

Otherwise the CLI could promote the usage to use Node.js codemod axios-to-whatwg-fetch for the migration as it's already mentioned on replacement for fetch on e18e doc. What do you think?

We currently use es-tooling/module-replacements-codemods, we will probably add a custom codemod there
