When selecting multiple graphical nodes (such as parts) with lasso selection, their children (such as ports and attributes) are also selected.
As a result, using Hide all children hides ports and attributes as well as their intermediate container.
If a node with hidden children is later selected and Reveal value content is used, the intermediate containers having items are displayed correctly.
However, because their children remain hidden, these containers appear empty.
While this is logically consistent, it may be confusing for users.
We should consider changing the semantics of Reveal value content so that it also makes visible all children of the containers it reveals.
