Tell the user whether it is safe or not to leave the page.

Rough estimation on how long it will take to sync. (Empirically 12 minutes / gigabytes)

Mine current messurments are much faster
200 mb in 45 seconds
1 GB in 3 minutes

and will aprox by this. If we have some official bee node measurements I can go by that.
