Firebase Installation ID registration API

Registration system based on Firebase Installation ID is missing. It is already implemented for client apps on iOS and Android, and server side too e.g. Admin SDK. Firebase docs explicitly call token based implementation "deprecated". It seems that FlutterFire is behind the rest of the Firebase ecosystem.
