Describe the problem

Material 3 design docs are still unfinished and do not provide guidance towards app launcher icons, only system/in-app icons.

Expected fix

Remove the link (https://m3.material.io/styles/icons) to m3.material.io or change it back to m2.material.io (https://m2.material.io/design/iconography/product-icons).
