Support "disabled" prop on f7-link component

There's currently no way to easily disable a link without needing to roll your own solution

**Describe the solution you'd like**
When using frameworks, such as Vue, placing a 'disabled' prop on the f7-link component means the link cannot be interacted with and its appearance changes to reflect its disabled state
